boot faster (under 15seconds)

with todays computer it is really a shame that a linux distribution needs more thant 50 seconds to do a complet boot.
a good complete boot time should be less than 15 seconds
if we take moblin2 for example : it boot in less than 15 seconds on a netbook, who is less powerfull than the majority of todays computer
with an SSD drive moblin2 boots in less than 10 seconds (neerly 5 seconds)
so why does ubuntu need 1 min ?!?
only including fastboot kernel patch and sreadahead instead of readahead make some timewin
the source of moblin2 is available, so why not check what they did, and integrate it in jaunty or next release ?
