A simple way to remove ATI/AMD drivers installed from the website.

We need to work on a way to repair Ubuntu after a new user installs a AMD/ATI driver from the website. In many cases with trial and error the driver is "Uninstalled", but the fglrx-amdcccle is installed twice (or more times). Many users don't know that it's best to use the drivers available in the software center or the "Additional Drivers-Jockey" Naturally people think to update to the latest driver available. What is in the software center is usually behind for a week or so before it's updated. This would also be helpful when you are beta testing. So my idea is to have a user friendly way of uninstalling the drivers correctly without having to use the terminal.
