* [ogasawara] while I like the fact that we froze the kernel in time (ie ~4weeks prior to the point release) for a final SRU cadence, I think we need even more time, ie 6 weeks. It's clear we slipped regressions out the door which ultimately landed in the point release. We really only gave ourselves a week of the kernel being out in the wild before releasing the point release. It would be better I think to give ourselves at least 3 weeks in the event we do have regressions we still have time to respin and land fixes.
