Use a graphical merge tool for updates with differences in conf files.

When doing updates, sometimes Synaptic suggests the user to show differences between its configuration file and the one of the new package. Unfortunately, the command line tool diff is used to view the differences. I suggest to use a graphical tool like Kompare for KDE.
