A utility on the live-cd to reinstall grub on the MBR

Currently, if you install Windows after installing Ubuntu, it will overwrite the MBR (preventing you from booting to Ubuntu), and reinstalling GRUB manually is a huge pain. There should be a utility on the live-cd that repairs the MBR if it is overwritten or damaged somehow.
