Include merge of gs-esp and gs-gpl in Ubuntu

gs-esp and gs-gpl were recently merged upstream. We should track the release of this and ensure that the result gets into Ubuntu 7.10.

Merge of ESP Ghostscript's functionality in upstream Subversion repository as branch "gs-esp-gpl-merger". See

gs-gpl package based on current snapshot of this branch created (http://www.linux-foundation.org/~till/tmp/ubuntu/gutsy/gs-gpl/) and under test. Only problem is upstream bug 689237 (http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=689237).

The new gs-gpl package obsoletes/provides gs, gs-esp, gs-afpl, and gs-aladdin on installation/auto update, using appropriate tags and transitional packages.

pitti, 2007-05-31: AFAICS, this is fully implemented in Gutsy, ghostscript is in the archive, works, and replaces gs-{esp,gpl,afpl}.
