Add a java applet to let people ,that have got problems connecting using a normal irc client, to connect easily to ubuntu channels

Adding a java applet to ubuntu website would be nice to help people ,that are having problems connecting to ubuntu channels using a normal client ,to let them joining easily without problems. I put a screenshoot example in the specification url, so you can check what i want to do ,of course the applet will be integrated with the whole ubuntu website.
