export the subsystems provided by kernel images

The kernel provides a number of subsystems (e.g. drm) which userspace libraries and programs depend upon. The kernel should provide that list via 'provides:'. Where these subsystems have a non-stable ABI, they should also be marked with an ABI indicator. This will allow userspace utilities, e.g. libdrm, to require the presence of a compatible kernel on the system.
