Kubuntu should integrate samba usershare feature to dolphin

Kubuntu and KDE4 don't have an easy file sharing support for modern releases of samba.
The current samba UI for KDE is unmaintained and doesn't work as expected.
Added to this, it's purpose is to maintain an smb.conf file instead oif using the "net usershare" functions to make file sharing easy from a user perspective.
How can we make this better ?

This is an essential feature, but it's completely missing. Not being able to share files simply with Windows machines is inexcusable. This is the 21st century. :)
