Language pack support for .desktop files under Gnome
As of Ubuntu 5.10, language packs cannot provide updated translations for .desktop files (used for menu entries, gnome-app-install, etc.). We should make this possible.
This spec deals with the Gnome side; there is a separate spec for KDE.
