The "Dictionaries" section is a no-op and should be removed. Please specify which dialogs will gain the system-wide checkbox. I suggest that the checkbox be named something more like "apply this setting for all users"; there should be some precedent in an existing UI you can follow. -mdz, 2006-06-29
We can use scim on the place of im-switch.
