Including functionality beyond that found in linux-linaro in the linaro packaged kernel

Registered by John Rigby

Address the sometimes conflicting goals of the linaro packaged kernel being based exclusively on linux-linaro which contains only work headed upstream and the desire to include extra functionality pulled from LT kernels. A concrete example is the inclusion of OMAP4 hdmi support at the end of the 10.05 cycle.

After discussion at UDS it was determined that extra functionality will be delivered via LT kernels. There will be two Ubuntu LEBs for each platform one from the packaged linux-linaro-2.6.xx kernel and one from the LT kernel.
