Edgy Live CD accessibility
For Edgy we will expand on the accessibility of the Live CD by:
* Better provisions in the gfxboot menu for the visually impaired
* Allow acessibility profiles used during the live CD session to be installed to the HD

Orca on the CD, onBoard ready, sudo/at-spi patches available but need testing, casper hooks taken by Tollef, gfxboot work by Colin mostly done. Basically, the bits are there it just needs to be tightened up.
