Ubuntu shouldn't insist on reserving a swap partition on computers with lots of RAM

With most new desktop PCs having 2 GB or more of physical RAM it's no longer urgent to have swap space allocated. Ubuntu 32-bit on a machine with 4 GB RAM couldn't even address any swap meaningful. So, the installer shouldn't insist on adding a swap partition any longer. In the long term, Ubuntu should move to a swap-on-demand model similar to how Windows XP and Mac OS X use it.
