Merge Forums, Lists and Malone

Currently the Ubuntu community communicates in miscellaneous ways. Among others there are the forums, the lists and malone where several issues and ideas are discussed. That is often problematic, because the more communication channels are used the harder it is to merge and communicate the information across them. A possible solution for this problem could be to implement the three as different interfaces to only one database. So a comment to a bug filed in Malone could be sent via the forum interface as well as via email or the malone interface.
