Sharing Information over a Network

Users want to be able to share information and hardware between each other over a network as easily as possible; this requires network discovery of what is available.

This spec should outline how to take advantage of the new default-network-services policy to enable information to be shared over a computer network.

Such information should include directories, rhythmbox library, presence, etc.
