Eclipse CDT support
Eclipse CDT is the standard plugin used for C and C++ development in Eclipse. This plugin has not been present in the past three releases of Ubuntu, removed because the available package doesn't work with current versions of Eclipse. As of October, a new eclipse-cdt package is available in Debian that appears to resolve these issues. It should be evaluated for inclusion in Natty.
