Create meta-packages for all Ubuntu Server tasks

I installed new server. During installation i can choose tasks for server, but after installation i can not find how-to install tasks.
I asking for creating server tasks in format: ubuntu-
for example: ubuntu-server-mail, ubuntu-server-ldap.
Of course i can google what packages used in mail task and install them manually, but it is not user friendly. And in every community document users can say that this doc depends on "mail and database tasks".
Also it is not very hard to implement but can be help-full.
