qualitychecking

In software we bug-check to make sure things work...but how about making sure it works well? To bring this home, Ubuntu often works, but in many things it doesn't work well. It constantly stops responding in the browser or word processor...it'll start responding again, but you'll have to wait. I realize those aren't specifically the distro's problem, but they are being distributed by it. Let's get a quality-control type set-up where we're not limiting, but pushing for, working systems that do well to be used; and systems that don't tend to become unresponsive. : )
