Package performance tests for all teams
When implementing some security features, there are concerns over the impact on performance. This is to discuss possible package tests that could be put forward by each Ubuntu team so the Security Team can provide feed-back on the effects of various security enhancements. Initially this would be geared toward the amd64 all-PIE build goal.
