Eucalyptus move to main

Eucalyptus needs to move to main but doing so will also require lots of Java library [build-]dependencies to be moved to main as well. We need to identify required moves, take specific actions to reduce that number (and avoid problematic packages) as much as possible and then track MIR progress.
