Configure LVM by default in Ubuntu
Always set up LVM. Provide a set of simple tools to extend volumes and the filesystems on them and to move stuff onto a separate lv. With these extra tools, it's easier to justify always setting up LVM.

* UDS discussion:
* Are we on crack? NO
* Pitfalls/
* Can we really do this by default? YES
* Default partitioning? as currently implemented
* Can we make this good enough that we can stop asking partitioning questi=
ons by default in the installer? YES
* If there's time, a quick brainstorm of stuff we can do when we can reaso=
nably expect LVM to be available.
* Current Status: LVM is on, but a lot of clicks to get through it
* Proposed:
* LVM is default and we simply say what our recommendation is (default) an=
d say Continue or Advanced. Advanced will allow users to do custom LVM, RAI=
D, manually partitioning, etc
* The proposal is "an experience that makes a statement"
* ACTION:=20
* If blank:
* Display suggested LVM layout
* Advanced
* If partition table:
* wipe and display LVM layout
* keep same
* advanced
