We are starting to have a lot of users deploying Ubuntu Server with glusterfs. We need to MIR this if at all possible to provide them with the level of support they require.

***PLEASE NOTE: current version of GlusterFS is quite old. Would be great to update version to 3.4.x, as well as build QEMU with libgfapi and Gluster protocol support. [Ed. by semiosis: Glusterfs 3.4.2 is in Trusty/universe.]
Status: cursory review shows all dependencies of glusterfs to be in main already. Should be a straight forward MIR process.
