We should aim to make pre-publishing QA part of the automated publication process for the official Ubuntu images as part of the quantal release cycle -- james-page

-- We probably need to ensure that our cloud image production capability is extensible and scalable (re our conversation about using jenkins). This feels like the right blueprint to document this goals in [james-page]
