Add 'skip-bo' inspired card game in ubuntu distribution

As personal 'exercise' I developed a program in Java to play a card game inspired by the 'Skip-Bo' against the computer. At present 3 levels of difficulty, 4 languages (En + Fr + It + De). It is possible to play it as an applet (no download / install), or as a standalone application. I would like to offer this game to the Ubuntu community. Is it possible?
