pitti, 2007-05-18: added BoF notes from UDS Sevilla (at that point I was not aware of this spec yet). I already mentor two other SoC projects, so I cannot be a full SoC mentor, but I would be glad to help with this. Especially because we should build it on top of the apport infrastructure.
