consistent use of RGBA-visuals and colormaps in X11/GTK+

GTK+ supports RGBA-colormaps and there are theme-engines (murrine) making use of this feature under composited environments (e.g. compiz). This feature allows to make better looking popup-dialogs (e.g. gksu, screensaver-unlock) which would be more in line with desktop-effects resulting in a visually more consistent UI.
