Bring system-config-firewall by default with Ubuntu

I discovered system-config-firewall on Fedora 15 when I was testing it, and I was surprised how this interface is complete and easy to use, more complet than gufw (for exemple).

I think it would be a great idea to bring it by default with Ubuntu 11.10 or at least avalaible in the software-center.
