Install the Landscape agent on Ubuntu server by default

The Landscape client should be installed by default on Ubuntu server. It should be integrated with the installer, and it should be possible to enter a registration key if desired.
The landscape client needs to provide useful functionality for non-subscribers, such as printing information in motd
If a user is not a Landscape customer, they should have the option of not installing.
