Define more basic server installation types

The LAMP install in dapper was rather well received, and in our press release, we may have accidentally made a commitment to provide more "simple server setup" targets for people who want to hit the ground running more easily with ubuntu-server.
This spec should discuss and define more common installation targets (ie: SMTP+IMAP+webmail, that sort of thing) that people may want to deploy. Since adding 10 new boot options to the CD sounds like a Very Bad Idea, this will likely depend on us resurrecting tasksel.
