Graphical Configuration Tool for Wacom Tablets & TabletPCs
This graphical tool should allow users to enable, configure and calibrate of Wacom Tablets and Tablet PCs so that users won't have to do it manually in the xorg.conf any longer. It should access the xorg.conf through X-Kit and PolicyKit and deal with different pointer devices through GDK (with a simple Cairo, GooCanvas widget).

2008-12-15 pitti: Setting Alberto as drafter, he already has an OO.o document with excellent notes; Bryce, would you review this? Thanks!
2008-12-18 bryce: I've fleshed out the rationale and test sections a bit more, and integrated the outstanding issues. I'd like alberto to take another pass through it, to make sure it's still conforming to his actual plans. I had also heard about a dbus-based approach for setting up wacom tablets, that may be worth discussing in the spec (is it a viable solution for us for Jaunty? If so, how does that affect the design? If not, why?) Also, there were some dialog mockups; links should be included to those.
2008-12-19 tseliot: dbus can't be used yet as it can make X crash when adding or removing devices (and this is less than ideal). I've added the 2 mockups which I showed at the UDS.
