Warn a user that installation may not proceed properly when attempting to run the live cd with less than 256 MB RAM

The current installation documents suggest that 256MB RAM is the minimum for a Ubuntu live CD install. In some PCs with integrated graphic cards, some of the system memory is shared with the graphics card. When this memory is not available to the live CD, the installation process usually fails. This can lead to bad results http://
When the Ubuntu CD is run, it should check how much memory the system has. If the system has less than 256MB RAM a message should warn the user that they should use the alternate CD or proceed with unknown results.
