Add Webmin to repositories of Hardy and Karmic

Today I saw a very easy program that can do most of all things.
It can burn an iso to a cd. You can manage most of all your servers, manage your networkconnection, your local disks, SMART. Lots of things. I think it dont taken so much time to add it to the repositories of Hardy and Karmic (and Jaunty)
