A utility to get the the pid of a window

This utility should be able to get the id of the process running an x window. Clicking a window will print the id of it's process in the terminal and will display a popup with the same text. This will provide an easy way of retrieving the id of some oddly titled windows (the title different from the process name) in a similar manner the xkill program works.
