Enhance Dash using Local Online Image and Video

We have implemented unity-china-music-scope that supports Chinese users searching online music from Chinese search engine. Especially, it makes Dash more useful in non-english countries. In 13.10, we'd like to implement local image and video supporting for Chinese users.
