Online Payment Guide for Chinese Bank Users

We want to develop a browser plugin to guide the online payment for Chinese bank cards, such as Chinese bank union card, alipay etc.
In China, most kinds of E-bank do not support linux client, the plugin play a role like that it prompts that weather the E-bank is available and give furhter payment suggestion, when jumping to the payment page.
Firefox and Chromium/Chrome are expected to be supported.
