Resize wisker menu so all categories visible

It would be nice if all menu categories were visible by default to avoid having to scroll. It might also be nice to enable "hover" to avoid having to click on categories to get to sub-categories and applications. However, hover is not possible with touchscreens, so it might be best to have this "opt-in" rather than as default.
Investigate making the scroll bars bigger so they can be grabbed easily as well.
