Using shared pointers in ufc

Using shared pointers in ufc would simplify code that uses ufc and wishes to use shared pointers. Since we use shared pointers more and more in dolfin, this makes sense. Existing pointers to arrays should use vector& instead, this is for single item pointers.
Should we use std shared_ptr or boost? Boost is still more portable.
