UGR CD iso Image

UGR needs a cd .iso image. We have adapted the ebuild project from the elementary desktop team to build the image automatically. Most of the needed changes have been made, and it's now ready to be tested and deployed.

The first cd will be a dev channel one, because some of the needed parts like wallpapers are still in dev.
The image is 960mb currently, and needs to be around 700 mb to fit on a cd. Maybe this is due to an apt cache?
Adding a cache clean gets this down to around 850.
