Generalize the implementation of slip boundary condition to any finite element

The current implementation of slip boundary conditions uses some restrictive assumptions on the finite element approximation space. This can be generalized by a change from a vertex based boundary normal representation into a boundary normal field using a suitable interpolation of the vertex normals.
