Appearance: Choose Panels Layout
I suggest a new tab in the Appearance options for choose Panels Layout.
This feature is similar to that provided, for example, in the Mate Tweak package for Ubuntu Mate.
I propose 4 different layouts.

Why this feature should exist?
- A new user can choose with a single click, the interface that is most familiar, thereby facilitating the learning process.
- I notice that many users prefer to choose a distro with an interface that is more familiar to them. This feature is expected to attract more of these new users.
- Prevent users go to other distros, because they prefer a different interface.
- More customization, users love to customize.
- The Ubuntu brand image is maintained, the first option will always be the default.
