Unity Launcher choice to on/off application in startup applications

It would be a great improvement if Unity Launcher allow to choose to on/off the application in startup applications, one more option in the menu that allows to Unlock from Launcher, that would setup that application command and description in the Startup Applications, giving the choice to decide what Launcher Applications are started automatically on the next reboot...
