Filter images and quotes based on their appropriateness for a given environment

The feature would provide a way to avoid inappropriate images and quotes being displayed to a 'Variety' user.
1. The current method of specifying sources (Default and user-specified) does not offer any control on specifying the context in which the desktop of the user is present.
