Slight inertial latency when moving the scene

Slight inertial latency when rotating and translating the scene.
Implement using:
- the same method than the select box fading (opengl animation and a variable decrease)
- a force vector binded to the camera ?
- ... to the main frame ?
In all cases it is probably better to have it done in C++, so I add it as goal for the first cpp release.
