Mechanism for the consolidation of multiple actions plans to a single one

Different goals result in a different flow of suggested actions (aka action plan). In addition, a potential audit might incorporate multiple goals. A consolidation mechanism could combine all Action Plans generated from an Audit into a single flow of Actions to be executed. Using heuristic algorithms the sub-optimal solution of all goals will be identified.
