Audit tag in VM Metadata
As watcher runs audits to achieve a goal, there should be some way for the application/VM owners to know that their VMs are under audit and its flagged before action plan execution. The metadata should have some information or reference to the goal with a timestamp on action plan execution. This is critical for a large scale private cloud where there are several organizations running their apps in cloud and to minimize any impacts. There might be dependencies to the application stack and this information will help. For instance, it may also gives an opportunity for the application owners to move the workloads to other regions or public cloud before killing the instance or rebalancing.
