I'm going to remove:
Choice for a Text toolbox -- make it icon only.
border size - just used a fixed number
toolbox columns -- just use 2
number of closed tabs/selection handle size? Maybe.
After seeing a talk Joel Spolinsky gave, it made me realise that users frankly don't care.
This will also trim down the code that's required to support these preferences.
