User defined custom currency

For users whose currency is not listed under Currencies AND their locale currency is not the one they want, it would be nice to allow it to be manually configured.
A dialog box which has a template list of current currencies on the left, and allows editing of the dict on the right, with a save as box, would be neat.
Where to save this currency, though?
