Manual sizing and Positioning of Regions in the Layout Designer

It would be handy to be able to position regions by entering dimensions and offset positions in the layout designer - especially when trying to align something very precisely. Maybe implemented by right clicking a region and going to "Properties"?

Right clicking a region and selecting properties is the way to do it. Good idea and easy to implement. I will roll it into an upcoming revision.
Would be nice to have an overlay that shows the region size as you drag it too.
