Business owner -- to accept/ deny scheduled videos

Looking for a way to allow the business owner or super admin of the screens to accept/ deny the videos coming from the reseller. As of today if there is a user outside of the group they can still the schedule the videos to the screens as long as they can see the screens. If there is a feature to accept/deny the videos along with messaging( why they rejected) would be nice to have.
